New MS4 Permit Resources
The Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) has converted the 327 IAC 15-13 (Rule 13 – Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Permit) and 327 IAC 15-5 (Rule 5 – Construction Stormwater Permit) to master general permits.

Have thoughts on Indiana's stormwater permitting programs? Stakeholders, communities, consultants, contractors, and permittees are encouraged to review the drafts and participate in the process.
