for a newly designated Phase I Permit and MS4 program management designed by implementing map-based inspections and data bases through a mobile device.

MS4 Permit - Special Projects Program
for "RENEWAL EVANSVILLE," a 25-year plan to improve the city's sewer system and eliminate all combined sewers. This included the completion of significant maintenance and rehabilitation projects focusing on green infrastructure.
