New MS4 Permit Resources
The Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) has converted the 327 IAC 15-13 (Rule 13 – Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Permit) and 327 IAC 15-5 (Rule 5 – Construction Stormwater Permit) to master general permits.
